Sorry but there are no patches that can work sucessfully after InstallShield 2011 came out (If you do not trust me, then search Google. I believe that you cannot find InstallShield 2013 or whatever crack that works fine). But anyway the features of InstallShield 2010 and the newer ones is almost the same.

How to use:
1) Install InstallShield SP1 2010 Premier Edition.
(Remember, do not enter any license code during installation)
2) After installing, open the patch.
3) Click "Patch".
4) Close the patch and enjoy!
